Seven rooms are located in the Featherbed Inn and include two suites that can accommodate a small family. In the romantic Cottage, adjacent the Inn, are three additional, spacious rooms. All rooms are individually decorated with a sprinkling of antiques and memorabilia and include warm, fluffy featherbed mattresses to assure a comfortable sleep. 	Larger Images		Brittany Cottage Bright and airy this cathedral ceiling living room has a comfy sofa bed; antique trunk coffee table along with a large light pine TV. cabinet including CD and VHS, carved oak desk and two large cushioned chairs. A small well equipped kitchen is included along with bath with shower. The bedroom has a queen pine sleigh bed covered with a rusty red multi colored print quilt, matching check dust ruffle and window treatments. 			GENERAL INFORMATION Rates are per room for two, including a full breakfast and afternoon refreshments, sometimes Tom’s homemade pies. Add $20 per extra person in rooms with Areobed. Credit card may be given using most major credit cards at the time of booking to hold room. The full reservation rate will be charged for guests arriving after the date specified or leaving prior to the final date of confirmed reserve The cancellation is 21days prior to the arrival date if within 21 days, we will try to rebook the room if successful you would not be charged. Children are welcome 10 years of age or older. Talk to us concerning young children. Non-resident pets are not permitted. NO SMOKING IN THE INN. Room rates are off season, regular and holiday. Directions: ~From N.Y. / N.J. points south: New York Thruway to exit 24; Interstate 87 (Northway) North to exit 20. Take 149 East to Fort Ann N.Y., Take Rte. 4 through Rutland, Vt. To Rte. 100, then take Rte. 100 N (about 1 hour) to Featherbed Inn on the left just past the Laureau Farm/ Flatbread Co., if you see Rte . 17 you have gone too far. ~From Montreal/Burlington points north: Take Interstate 89 S to exit 10 Waterbury, Vt., then Rte. 100S to junction Rte. 100 & 100B. Continue South until you come to the intersection of 100 & 100B, take a right (large dairy farm on right) onto Rte. 100 , go through town of Waitsfield proper continuing through Irasville (stores on either side of road) , just past Rte. 17 on the right you will see “Eagle Resort”, a large field , then Featherbed Inn. ~From Boston points East: Interstate 93 N to 89N to exit 9(Middlesex, Vt.) Turn left off ramp to a “T” and turn left onto Rte. 2, then right on Rte. 100B continuing South past Moretown to the junctions of Rte. 100 & 100B, go straight across to Rte. 100 through the town of Waitsfield proper continue through Irasville (really Waitsfield, but you might see signs for Irasville) (stores on either side of road), just past Rte. 17 on the right you will see ”Eagle Resort”, a large field, then Featherbed Inn driveway on right!
