ORANGE APRICOT GINGER SAUCE

Orange Apricot Ginger Sauce

Ingredients

  • ­1/8 cup sugar

  • 1 cup orange juice

  • ½ cup apricot jam

  • ¾ inch (give or take) of fresh ginger, well grated (about a teaspoon grated)

 

Directions

  • Mix sugar and orange juice in a small saucepan and bring to a slow boil, mixing until the sugar is melted. Add the apricot jam and grated ginger. Simmer until slightly thickened and the jam is all melted.

  •  Serve with puffed pancakes, or anything else that would benefit from a bit of orange-apricot-ginger love.
