Best of the Best 2025

Hi Featherbed friends.

It is with a mixture of excitement and gratitude that we are writing to report that the Featherbed Inn has, for the second time in three years, been included on Tripadvisor's Best of the Best list, ranking among the top 25 Inns/B&Bs in the United States. In the whole United States! If you click on the link you'll notice that we made it onto the list by a hair, ranking 25 out of 25. But still!!! We feel honored, and humbled, and thrilled, and — as Mick's mum would say — chuffed. (Just realized that the last time we were awarded the Best of the Best honor, in 2023, we mentioned when we wrote to you that Mick's mum would have described us as "gob-smacked." We are, once again, gob-smacked AND chuffed. How we wish that Mick's parents had lived to see this place, with us in it.)

If you are among the many guests who wrote a Tripadvisor review about your stay here, well, thank you for that. Your reviews are what got us onto the Best of the Best list, and, probably more importantly, your reviews are the single biggest reason new visitors are willing to take a chance on the Featherbed Inn.
