We woke this morning to the news that the United States is slapping tariffs onto our wonderful neighbors in Canada and Mexico. Time will tell how this decision will impact our friends across the border, as well as how it will impact Americans. We wish this were not happening, but it is.
We completely understand if people from outside the U.S. decide to spend their travel budgets elsewhere. But if you are from Canada or Mexico, we'd like to offer you a reverse tariff. We'll take 25 percent off of our room rates, and we'll welcome you with open arms.
If you are from Canada and Mexico and considering a visit to your friends in Vermont, please call us, and we'll apply the 25 percent discount for as long as this nonsense is in effect.
